To achieve your weight loss goals you need to know what they are.
Write it down what you would like to acheive.
I want to get into my bathing suit.
I want to lose 3 pant sizes.
I want my body to look tone.
Whatever it is you need to have an idea of why you are starting to eat healthier and exercising.
Be positive, be specific, do activities that fit into your life.
Set short term goals as well as long term goals. Push through your goals.
Review your goals as they will change along the way as you change.
You have to believe you are worth it.
You have to believe you deserve it.
What are your goals? Start thinking and start writing them down.
What about your daily goals?
What is your plan of action today?
Are you working today?
Did you make your lunch?
Are you working late or out late with sports?
Prepare your dinner early.
Snacks??????
Bring them with you.
What is your workout plan? Kids at soccer late and no time to workout? Nonsense, come on think... Grab those tennis shoes, put them in the car and walk around the soccer area fast pace until practice is over, break a sweat.
If you want to lose weight you have to take excuses out of the equation.
You can do this I struggle sometimes with my workout plan as I train almost hourly all day and by the time I get home the last thing I want to do is train myself but I have to or I like you will gain the extra weight.
Sometimes I will train with my clients as they like to have a workout buddy.
Do you have a workout buddy?
Don't leave out the circuit training as that will burn calories too. Lean body mass burns calories more efficiently.
Try to do 3 different types of machines in a row with little breaks, then rest and start again for 3-4 sets total.
Are you drinking soda instead of water? Change it out. Our bodies are made of water and you need to keep it replenished.
Snacks keep them healthy, fruit, cottage cheese, cheese and try to keep it under 100 unless you are adding a protien shake to it and then keep it under 200.
Remember you can do anything but you need to have an idea of what you want and what your are going to do. You need to change it up from time to time to keep it interesting and to help your body keeping striving.
Plan your day the night before or if you are one of these very organized people plan it on the weekend for the week ahead.
Whatever it takes
Decide and just do it!
