Why in Home Training
What you will receive with any purchase of an in home training package:
If you wish to train at your gym we will meet there to discuss these things (there may be additional charges due to the gym)
1. Phone consultation- We will go over your goals, talk about your exercise history, and answer questions you have. We set up a time and day for the "in-home" initial fitness assessment session.
2. "In-Home" initial Fitness Assessment Session- Includes sign-up forms, body fat, fitness intake and assessment, goal setting.
3. Monthly Fitness Progress “Check" - At the end of every 4 weeks, we will do a mini fitness assessment, body composition, new goal setting and program design change.

Calories in/calories out - I can help you burn calories and I can advise you on how to manage your calories when you are away from me.
Increase your metabolism - Helps you burn fat and lose weight. You increase your metabolism through regular exercise which begins to build lean muscle mass. You also increase your metabolism by not starving yourself throughout the days. Have small healthy snacks.
Core Training - Training the musculature responsible for stabilizing your spine during movement is an important injury prevention part of a training program.
Interval Training - It is an opportunity to workout at an anaerobic pace alternating with aerobic pace (more about this).
Flexibility Training - Training the body to flow through each plane of motion necessary to maintain functional movement.
Cardiovascular Exercise - Helps improve cardiovascular endurance.
Resistance Training - Commonly known as strength training or weight lifting. Not just for body builders anymore. It is said that with supersets you can burn calories as if you were doing cardio. So get tone while burning massive calories.....
Not to mention that it helps detour Osteoporosis!!! Both men and women.
