I offer private, semi private, small groups, chair workouts, with any level.

I offer all types of fitness training from resistance to light aerobics or assisted.  We can do squats with a walker you name it and we can do it.

Live life to its fullest and do it with activity that is fun.  Tell me what your interest is and I will see that we do as close to that as possible.

Small groups (5 or more) as low as $5 per session, up to $45 per session depending on location.
